½ lb smoked trout 
                      1/3 cup mayonnaise 
                      ¼ tsp prepared horseradish 
                      1tbs. celery, diced 
                      1tbs onions, diced 
                      1 tsp parsley, chopped 
                      ½ tsp lemon juice 
                      Pinch black pepper

                    PCrumble the trout into small pieces. Mix in remaining ingredients.
